What should I serve with cheese fondue?

Mmmm... this is a favorite of mine. I remember days (not so long ago) that were filled with authentic fondue served slopeside. Vegetables are easy.

Broccoli and cauliflower are personal favorites. A hearty bread such as a Cibatta work really well too. Tofu is a good choice.

Another non traditional fondu serving are tiny rice balls that are baked before serving. Boil the rice like normal and ball it up when slightly cool and sticky. Put it in the oven for 10 min and let cool completely.

Serve with the fondu. They're quite good. I think that all of these things are gluten free.

Steak, potatoes, maybe even yams. Seriously, you can't go too wrong with anything.

The little carrots only need to be washed and you can find the celery sticks with the tops removed. Slices of green peppers might be good, and maybe banana peppers.

Well traditionally there would be bread, boiled potatoes, the little pickles called cornichons, good sliced ham (or any kind of cold cuts). A simple and acidic salad alongside to cut through the fat?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
