Yes, more or less, depending on the "founding father" you are talking about... even back then there was more than one side to things.....the Tea Party of today has a lot more in common with Thomas Jefferson and James Madison then they do with Alexander Hamilton and George Washington.
Yes, the constitution was a response to the Articles of Confederation, but the constitution still has implications of limited government, and I can assure you that even the most ardent federalists are now rolling in their graves due to the abuse of federal power today. Yes, they were careful not to give corporations and the elites too much power, but who says the tea party is pro-corporations? That's just hyperbole, like saying democrats are communists.
We are just pro-constitution. Tea-party =/= neoconfederate.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
