What size of a soft cup bra should I switch to a shaped bra?

Well first of all, the number has nothing to do with the cups. Only the letter has anything to do with what you're asking However, you would wear the same size you're wearing now. Bra size is bra size, plain & simple.It's like asking what size jeans you would wear in a darker wash.
