There are three options available for you to access the internet using a WiFi hot spot with your iPad, paired with a smart phone. Your first available option is through Verizon Wireless, wherein they are offering Palm Pre to be paired hand in hand with iPad. Palm Pre Plus smart phones will cost you $49 while the Palm Pixi Pluses will cost you $29, this comes with a free WiFi access on your monthly service plan.
The second option, is through Sprint's MiFi 2200 router, however the cost is $60 per month, locked in for 24 months. Your third and final alternative, would be T-Mobile's HTC HD2, wherein "you have to connect a T-Mobile WebConnect Rocket modem to a CradlePoint PHS300 Personal WiFi Hotspot. We reviewed the Sprint-only version of the device and found that it worked decently. It can be purchased from various online retailers for about $100.
I would go for the HTC Desire myself. It has some outstanding reviews. I don't have one myself (I wish I had bought one!) but I have friends who do and no one I know who has bought one has regretted the decision.
Some major benefits of the HTC Desire are: 1) A classy, slim and aero-dynamic design 2) A 1GHz Snapdragon processor promises maximum speed 3) Great operating system in Android 2.1 4) A major asset of the HTC Desire is that it supports multi-tasking 5) Has an impressive 400 minutes of battery life 6) Has a very impressive 5-Megapixel camera with LED flash. 7) Has 512mb (built in) and a 4GB MicroSD card, this is upgradeable to 32GB.8) Nearly 100,000 apps and rising!9) Supports Flash software which can't be said of every product I think with this product you should have no problems with WiFi hotspot connectivity.
If you are open to any carrier I would go with an HTC EVO on Sprint. It can connect up to 8 devices and price plans are better than AT&T or Verizon with "no caps". Speeds can be pretty good on 4G from what I hear.
If you are on AT&T or Verizon... I don't know. I like the android operating systems and would probably go that route.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
