It's pretty much a common practice in all states as near as I can tell. It's just some companies are more ethical than others and don't use them - I'm sure there are a couple and when I think of them, I'll let you know what they are! Insurance companies are all crooks, shysters and pariahs and should be banned from the face of the Earth!(I feel so much better having said that!) .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
