The answer depends on the kind of laptop you use... As well as the TV you have...=P Sorry for the ambiguity, but that's just the truth of the matter... Here're some hints anyway: It varies greatly from laptop to laptop. For example, Dell uses a proprietary dongle in many of its laptops.
