If you get general anesthesia it will be like going to sleep and waking up with your wisdom teeth already removed It will feel like 1 second As for recovery, if you get strong enough painkillers and use ice to keep swelling down it shouldn't be too bad as long as you follow instructions so you don't bother the area and it heals right without any problems And in a couple weeks you should be completely back to normal.
If you were having general anesthesia you would have discussed the cost since insurance doesn't pay for it and be doing it at an oral surgeons office and have been told not to eat since the night before, so you are not having general.
