What tool is used to rifle a gun barrel, and where can I find it?

They don't need rifling to work. Makes the gun more accurate. Your not making a gun.

If you are building a rifle that is going to be accurate at all, you need rifling. If you plan on hitting a target from more than 10 paces you need rifling. Now if you are building a zip gun to take care of some "business" you won't need rifling because how close you have to get to take out the mark.

Rifling is like throwing a football in a spiral; it makes it go farther more accurately.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
