Yup; discipline and getting the work in the first place.
Finding enough personal challenges has been difficult for me :). My work relies on a lot of repetition, especially on client projects, but if I don't have a personal challenge then it's hard to stick with it. Luckily I love learning new things, and I think I've finally found a decent balance between the everyday "gotta do" stuff and the things that will really make my mind work.
For me its time. I'm a stay at home mom of a toddler and he consumes so much of my time that it doesn't leave me for much else. I've tried lots of different things, from selling Avon to selling my own jewelry.It also helps to be in an area geographically speaking that needs someone of your talents.
My biggest issue is knowing when to stop working. Hence the fact it's 1 am and I am still blogging.
I find energy management to be the biggest challenge -- without contact from your coworkers to provide a boost, it's easy to get bogged down. Taking a walk or exercising in the middle of the day is a great fix. And lots of coffee ;).
Time management and separating the workspace from personal space. Sometimes I will drift off into cyberspace too.
Is to generate targeted traffic to my blog I have tried several but nothing technical that now four months I tried to generate a sale.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
