What were Napoleon Bonaparte's personality traits?

Napoleon's personality was Dominant & Detail-Oriented. He wasn't a people-person, which is why he was attracted to Josephine who was very outgoing and the life of the party. Opposites attract He was good with kids, and had great relations with his troops Like Alexander the Great, he fought along side his men and got to know them personally.

When his men fought, they fought for him. It's said his hat is worth 20,000 men, because when he waved it in the air, the troops' morale increased greatly.
