The Amazon kindle is the best e-book reader on the market. With 8 weeks battery life, connection to Amazon Prime, and a capacity to hold over 100,000 books, you will be excited. Get it now!
Apple iSlate was my early guess but with Apple you really don't know what it will be called until the announcement on the 27th. The latest rumors are connectivity to either Verizon or AT&T (buyer choice), running OS 3.2 with many game applications, and perhaps game-changing tie-in with booksellers to provide content for the ebook reader function rumored to be part of the tablet. Well at least we can reasonably expect the product to be a touchscreen device.
:-) Can't wait until Wednesday and most likely find out the rumors were just that.
A multitouch social gaming and social entertainment device :).
If they announce this new iSlate / iPad whatever device, they will more than likely announce the development of a new OS for it and maybe the iPhone. If the 2 are going to use the same OS going forward the tablet and iPhone will have to have some limited backgrounding. Why would you buy a tablet that can only do one thing while you listen to music?
Apple will likely announce a new spin on the personal computer, most likely in tablet form that does not require a stylus. With any luck it will be under $1000, have Whispernet like the Kindle and a fee on downloads to pay for the always-on bandwidth. You'll be able to use the regular browser for free and wifi for youtube or other video sites.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
