No problem earthlings let Mexico send them to wherever and let them bear the cost of wherever... First you ask them to leave without criminal consequences (No One Has Tried That it Is Too Simplistic) Then we pay them a stipend at the border to pass to Mexico (Invoke the Monroe Doctrine if Mexico objects file a NAFTA claim we have a Need a proviso in NAFTA....) Federalize the West Coast law enforcement, with the military 50% will be gone in 90 days. ,... Having lived in Mexico, Central America and South America we are extremely cognizant that a vast percentage are criminals at least 25% wanted in their own country.... We could offer a special military enlistment program for Mexicans and Central Americans and Colombians who wish to fight the Drug Cartels allowing them to return after the Hispanic Brigade wipes out the Drug Cartels provide them with the same equipment we have given the Kurd's in Iraq yes give them missiles and howitzers and Apache Helicopters and when the wipe out the Drug Cartels they can then takeover their respective governments and create true Democracy, for their peoples.

We can loan them a Nuclear Submarine or two, with Cruise Missiles for those hard to reach Drug Hotspots and some Delta Troops as advisers.... Much cheaper than the hundreds of billions our current President claims it would cost and oh yes what will the world think why should we worry about that? I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
