You can only be registered with one doctor at a time but a reciprocal arrangement exists between G.P.s all over the country which means that wherever you happen to be, you will be seen if necessary. This works by you becoming a temporary resident if you need medical help when away from the practice you are registered with. The doctor or practice where you are a temporary resident will complete the paper work if and when you need their help.
So you do not need to enlist as a temporary resident unless you need to see a doctor. My advice is to register with the doctors practice at university as this is where you will be spending the majority of your time and if you need medical help while at home you will still be able to get it easily enough so you do not need to worry about that.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
