A lot of changes will take place in Earth. It may even end of our ecosystem.
The moon doesn't affect the weather, only the tides. And certainly the earth would cool down if it was farther from the sun.
I don't know how the tides affect the weather. It is certain that Earth's rotation influences the weather, and as the Moon moves further from the Earth so the Earth's rotation also slows. In any case, the rate the Moon's orbit is widening and the Earth's day lengthening is so slow other effects will dwarf it.
These changes have to do with the Moon's orbit round the Earth, they don't affect the Earth's orbit around the Sun.
Moving the moon away from Earth will not move Earth further from the Sun.
If the moon moved away from the earth, the inclination of the earth's axis at an angle of 23 and a half degrees will be lost. The actual rotational movement of the earth will be lost. The earth would spin aggressively at constant change of angle in each second.
This would result in tsunamis, landslides, etc. Further, if the earth is moved away from the sun for a few hundred kilometers, it would not affect the life forms on earth a lot because the habitable zone of sun extends for many thousands of kilometers. But there would surely be some slight (or maybe great) changes on earth.
If Earth slows down it will fall into the sun in a death spiral that cannot be stopped. Please study orbital mechanics so that you stop embarrassing yourself.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
