Riding my bike to and from work really helps me deal with stress - I am more relaxed about the day ahead when I get there and I get rid of work stress before I get home. This works really well for me, also I try to eat the right food and not drink too much tea and coffee - the more caffeine I have on board the more stressed I get.
Take a walk in the woods or the park or around the block.
Get a sugar crash. Or drink some black tea.

Listen to the music or learn something new like language, giving time to your hobbies.
Being active can burst the stress. Doing things like: playing cards, cleaning, playing tennis, kick ball, comedies, walking at the park, etc. Or taking on a hobby will be a good stress burster.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
