All the "moody" signs of the zodiac... Gemini because we get bored with people and if you screw us over, we might forget about you in an instant, get divorced, and move right to the next. Cancer because they feel like the person they are with is the "one", but when they figure out that that person was not the "one" they end it. They do this until they get it right.

Pisces is just so dang moody, has their moments when they are indecisive, and wants too much affection/attention. They can stray from the relationship by either an affair or dabble in drugs/alcohol to fill a void.
