There are no cold water compatible fish that should be kept in 5 gallons. - 6 Black Phantom Tetras are not being kept "happily". That's way overstocked.
Black Phantom Tetras grow to be 2" long and need a bare minimum of 20 gallons, though 30+ is best. - The Goldfish are not OK in so small a tank for even the very short term. The only commonly available fish that belongs in so small a tank is a single Betta.
Some Killifish are OK as well, but these can be hard to find. Both of those fish need a heater. So I suggest you return/rehome/upgrade all of your current fish, and stock your tanks with a Betta each.
The Shrimp are fine.
I recommend you read up on nano tanks and 'nano' fish, in my experience it is hard to find fish for nano tanks however. As the others say, those tanks are in reality too small for fish and should only in reality be used for plants, shrimp and snails, and maybe a few 'nano' fishes.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
