T-sql for sql server 2005: TRUNCATE TABLE schema. Tablename; GO link: msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms17757....
2 Thanks very much :) The problem was in permissions. – The Mask Oct 19 at 2:11.
AFAIK TRUNCATE TABLE works in server 2005 (just tried it to make sure) so just consider this an alternative, but still not sure why you don't want to use it. Did you try DELETE FROM TABLE or DELETE FROM TABLE WHERE 1=1 --SQL server may warn no expression in the previous one.
3 Unlike TRUNCATE, this will put all of the deleted rows into the transaction log, which might not be desired. – Joe Oct 19 at 1:38 @Joe Yeah that's true. I'm not sure why he doesn't want to use truncate table though AFAIK it works.... – Jesus Ramos Oct 19 at 1:40 msdn.microsoft.Com/en-us/library/ms177570(v=SQL.90).
Aspx – Brandon Oct 19 at 1:43 I'm not saying he should do this, I'm just saying this is the only other alternative I know of, no real reason not to use Truncate but to each his own. – Jesus Ramos Oct 19 at 1:44 1 @Jesus: agreed. TRUNCATE should work here.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
