What's the best anti virus and internet security program for Vista?

Windows own security systems keeps your system in well condition, I does not let virus to spread but I recently faced problem with cinema which was in a file I downloaded for CAPS lock (keyboard). Though Windows was protecting me perfectly but was unable to cure the problem. After removing the virus it usually comes on each restart, so I used third party anti virus just to delete it.

Great after that I uninstalled third-party AV again. Its okay now.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
