What's the best time to visit Mumbai,India?

The best time of year is usually from about November to mid-Feb. That's the "cool" season... which will seem like summer if you come from a temperate climate. That's the time when people of Indian descent that live in the West usually pick to go!

However the aiirfares are also higher then because it's the peak season.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
