I have found on my rental properties that have vinyl siding a decent soap such as Dawn and a good size brush will do the trick. What I do is wet the vinyl siding down with a water hose and get a bucket of soap and water ready. Then I just scrub the siding down and most of the stuff usually comes off quickly and easily!
Following up on an earlier answer, you can get a car wash brush attachment that you can add to the end of your garden hose. Don't forget to also wash the underside of the slats. For detergents, you could also try a siding and deck cleaner, or 1/2 cup powdered laundry detergent and 2/3 cup trisodium phosphate per gallon of water.
Rinse thoroughly.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
