You need to reach out to resources there, because they'll have the best info. Get a copy of their local yellow pages from a library near you, or online, and make a list of truck companies. Call their better business bureau as if you were a customer and ask them to recommend a really good trucking company.Do you know anyone there?
Who would they use? Ring businesses in that area, and ask them who they use. Many won't tell you, but some will.
Figure out what kind of business does a lot of delivery, and find them on the web. See if they are hiring.Is there a union organised in that area? Ring them up and talk to them.
They'll know who's a good employer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
