Roasted with cut lemons and herbs in the cavity--butter under the breast skin-don't overcook...so juicy and tasty!
It depends on the taste you want at the end. A good oven roast chicken is great. So is one BBQd.
I do a whole 'roast' chicken in the slow cooker, especially if it will be parted out for other dishes. http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/slow-c... I skip the lemon, as I don't care for the taste, but often toss in a quartered apple. Use whatever seasoning you like.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
