What's the best way to deal with swollen feet and ankles?

The best thing you can do for swollen ankles and feet are to elevate them above your heart. Iam going through the same thing right now and I asked my doctor today what I could do for it and thats what his advise was. Good Luck!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
