Not in the same store. If the A SHOP sells Q brand pencils for 59 cents each, the Better Business Bureau would come after you if A SHOP sold them for 25 cents in one neighborhood and 59 cents in a different neighborhood. But if you owned two stores under two different names A SHOP and B SHOP then you could legally sell Q brand pencils for 59 cents each at A SHOP and 25 cents each at B SHOP.
On the Web, you can have a primary web site A WEBSITE that sells Q Brand pencils at 59 cents each and you can have a dozen other websites that have Q Brand pencils at a dozen different prices between once cent and fifty dollars and you can advertise the high end website in magazines that cater to rich people and you can advertise the low end website in places where people with lower incomes read. It will get complicated. Hire an accountant.
Income alone has no bearing on how wealthy someone is. The rich don't pay much tax on income, because their income rarely comes from wages. Much of the wealthy claim income from dividends, and capital gains, not wages.
Many of them have offshore holdings to help exempt them from taxes, so how to really tell what someone earns as "income". Second problem is where and how would your product be dispensed or sold such that you are the sole provider of such an item, and no other means of obtaining it outside of your distribution process, therefore, protecting your pricing scheme? What would prevent people who didn't really need it, earn little or have no income, from buying, and selling it to someone else for more money and completely defeating your pricing plans?
Good luck finding clients who are willing to divulge their income and paying higher prices for the product. They'd send their children in who don't need it, and make purchases for a lower cost than their parents or it would be purchased in their name instead of their parents, or find other loopholes in the income reporting scheme to get it for less.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
