No, in a word and the quality you can play at depends on which model of the X51 you choose to purchase. Some models have an Nvidia GT500 graphics card and the top of the range models have the more powerful GT555 with the i5 CPU. This more powerful card and CPU should cope with Battlefield 3 at medium settings OK.

To get close to high settings you need a GPU like the Nvidia GTX560Ti or the Radeon HD 6870 or the newer 7850. No not even close even the top x51 won't get max it will only get a mix between mid and high the one you link will play low/mid settings not even close to high.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
