This looks like a pretty good tactile and maybe visual sensory diet, but there is a lot more to consider based on what her needs are: Gross motor sensory jumping trampoline for example Auditory - if she seems to have sensory or processing difficulty with sounds I'd highly recommend joining the taca-usa yahoo group, and also checking out all of the resources available there, ahead of scheduling an appointment with an occupational therapist who has experience with autism and sensory integration disorder. Our son is 8 and has autism, and sensory integration is a big element of it. He has an OT, PT, and behavioral therapist that work with him.
Good luck - and do a ton of research. Autism is treatable but it takes a while to find the right resources, and every kid is different so a treatment that works with one may not work with another. Tacanow.org is a good place to start Russell.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
