1. What was your favorite match of 2012? John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, Extreme Rules 2012.
I thought about Undertaker/Triple H, but Cena/Lesnar takes the cake for me. It had unparalleled intensity, a great story and was just a tremendous match, all the way around. The finish was incredible, the post-match moment from Cena was really powerful and it was a huge, huge moment for Cena on the whole.
Loved that match. It was the best of 2012. 2.
What was the best-wrestled match of 2012? Punk vs. Cena for the WWE title at Night of Champions 2012. That one blew me away.
I was expecting the regular excellence from them and they exceeded every expectation I had. The near-falls were timed and executed to perfection, all the moves came at exactly the right time and place, tailored to the crowd, and the ending was spectacular. 3.
What was your favorite promo/segment of 2012? This one is the hardest question here. I went through my favorite Punk promos, and I have a tie, sort of.
The segment between Punk and Foley on the September 24th RAW was spectacular. When he's on point, Foley delivers some of the most raw, emotional promos I've ever seen, and he was at his best that night. It was incredible.
The other choice, for very different reasons, is all the anger management stuff with Kane and Daniel Byran. I thought that was just hilarious. It was written perfectly.
However, because I can't nail down a specific one, I'll give the edge to Foley/Punk. 4. What was the most shocking moment of 2012?
Again, I have two that are right there for me. The first one I thought of was Ric Flair returning. I really didn't think we'd see him in the WWE again, and I was shocked when he showed up.
Loved it though. My top pick though is John Cena losing to The Rock at Wrestlemania 28. That really shocked me.
I really, truly, from the bottom of my heart thought Cena would win that match, and he didn't. It was a great match, very epic, but the wrong guy won, and I was stunned. 5.
What was your favorite PPV of 2012? Extreme Rules 2012. This one isn't even close.
The three main events (Cena/Lesnar, Punk/Jericho and Sheamus/Bryan) were all excellent matches that fit their respective feuds brilliantly. It was one I waited until the last minute to decide to buy, but man, I'm sure glad I did. I enjoyed every moment of it.
Awesome show. 6. Who was your favorite superstar of 2012?
For the year? CM Punk. He's not my favorite wrestler but on the whole I think he was the most consistent and had the best year, even if Cena was the bigger star.
The title run was built in well with his character, he had some truly amazing matches with a number of opponents on some of the biggest stages and he made a pretty huge character change right in the middle of the year. To my surprise he's been as good a heel as he was a face. If I'm giving out the award, CM Punk gets my superstar of the year.
7. Who was your least-favorite superstar of 2012 Alberto Del Rio. I'm just not a fan.
He didn't make much sense this year (the sheer amount of title shots he received, after losing every one of them cleanly, was just mind-boggling). I just don't think he's much of a talent. Boring matches, boring promos and boring feuds.
8. What was your favorite John Cena match of 2012? Cena vs. Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules 2012, for the reasons outlined above.
9. What was your favorite Cm Punk match of 2012?
1. Cm Punk vs Daniel Bryan AJ as special referee Money in The Bank ppv 2. Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler Night of Champions 3.
Brock Lesnars interview before his match with Cena talking about how hes an *** kicker 4. Brock Lesnars Return just shocking 5. Night of Champions 2012 6.
Dolph Ziggler = stealing the show & your girlfriend 7. Alberto Del Rio just had numerous title shots at the ppvs & lost clean each time it got to a point where at the ppvs & the next match is del rio vs sheamus for the WHC I was thinking oh gosh hope this is over quick 8. John Cena vs Brock Lesnar Xtreme Rulez 9.
Cm punk vs Daniel Bryan Money in The Bank ppv 10. The Rock should have had a match at a PPV with Daniel bryan after Raw 1000 because Bryan said somehow we'll have a match I sorta hoped it would happen after that I liked the idea of it happening.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
