I suggest you just take a deep breath about 6 times. It might help. Or you can try and get your mind off what's bothering you by having a nice cold glass of milk.
Or maybe you could just close you eyes and massage both sides of your brain with both your index fingers. That really helps me. I hope this helped.

Having done a degree in Nutrition I think the key to happy living is to eat properly. Foods can alter the way we feel more than many people realise! They have an active role with your hormones and the way your body functions.
Having a balanced diet may help when your feeling like this (for a long term solution anyway). In the short term, I find holding onto something, like a rock, squeezing it, closing your eyes and trying to think positive thoughts helps calm me down immediately. Hope this helps!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
