Assuming that you have set the UPS time to 2 minutes or longer, and the outage lasts at least 60 seconds, your 3100 will initiate one call when the outage begins, and then another one ("Power restored. Interruption duration xx seconds or xx minutes") when the outage ends. If you have set the UPS time to less than 2 minutes, your 3100 will initiate a call at the end of the interruption that includes the interruption duration.
If the interruption lasts less than 60 seconds, your 3100 will initiate a call at the end of the interruption that includes the interruption duration. If the interruption was shorter than 10 minutes, the duration is reported in seconds. If it was longer than 10 minutes, but less than 10 hours, it is reported in minutes.
If it was longer than 10 hours, the duration is not reported (presumably, this happened because the instrument was being installed or moved). (This is actually a slight oversimplification -- the user can set the minimum duration and minimum ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
