When did states have the right of secession?

States rights, and the right to suceed secede from the Union was one of the key factors involved in causing the Civil War. They really don't have the right, at least not without giving a lot of federal money away and losing the military support. The infrastructure has become so complex that it would be practically impossible to do so in today's world they have the lawful right, but as shown during the civil war the gov will make up any reason to call it unjust.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
