I think as the shape of the modern wedding dress it got in fashion in mid-19th century. Before there were elaborate dresses of different colors, gold, etc. Peasantry dressed more simple in their traditional dirdnle dresses.
It honestly depends on which country you are in. In China, red is and has been the preferred wedding dress color for centuries because of it's association with good luck and prosperity. In most "Western" countries, it's white and also has been for centuries because of it's symbolism of purity.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
