The #1 Sign that you've hit puberty is that you have pubic hair growing near your genitals. As to growth spurts some have growth spurts & some do not & instead of having growth spurts they grow the same amount that they would in the growth spurts but at a slower rate. For example if you grow 6 inches taller in a growth spurt in 1 year it'll take you about 2 years to grow the 6 inches, but that's when you grow gradually.
