When does Ovulation Occur?

Ovulation usually occurs 14 days prior to the next menstruation. If the menstrual bleeding occurs after every 30 days, then ovulation would occur on day 16 (30 - 14) of the menstrual cycle with day 1 being the 1st day of bleeding.
