GDI. Exe is part of Windows, its part of the program that display's graphics on the screen. This error occurs because of a bug in your video driver that is talking to GDI.exe.
This problem is almost always fixed when you update your video driver from your video manufacturer. Check your computer manufacturer web site for the latest drivers. Sometimes you may have to go to the actual video board manufacturer's site because the computers makers site is not always up-to-date.
