There is no known cure for Hepatitis C at this time. The only known treatment for Hepatitis C is an Anti-Viral Drug therapy. If Hepatitis C isn’t gotten under control the virus can lead to some serious liver damage such as Liver Cancer. In this case a Liver Transplant maybe necessary to help the patient.
However, the Liver Transplant won’t cure the virus, Hepatitis C will recur in the new liver. Of course with any organ transplant there can be postoperative complications. For example will the patient reject the organ, even if test proved that the organ was compatible there is still a chance after surgery that the organ could be rejected.
Of course the risk for any type of surgery is also there, such as suffering a Heart Attack, or aStroke. You can go to the following website to learn more about liver organ transplants, why they are done, and what complications can occur after the transplant at: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003006.htm.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
