When is Ash Wednesday 2009?

Ash Wednesday always follows Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday). Ash Wenesday is 40 days prior to Palm Sunday which is one week before Easter. Easter is on the first Sunday following the first full moon following the vernal equinox.

Ash Wednesday is on Feb. 25th.
