Country-music fans are mourning the July 24th passing of LEROY GLAZIER. The Sauk Rapids, Minnesota guitarist played venues from the Southwest United States to gigs in his native Canada. Fans of RAY PRICE, GEORGE JONES and TOMMY CASH might remember seeing Leroy accompany these and other country stars when they played the St. Cloud area.
BEN COHEN notes that Leroy performed with ART ESSERY, a singer, recording artist and fellow Canadian, before deciding to call the Gopher State home nearly four decades ago. At that time, Glazier married and quit the road becoming, most recently, the music director of Sandstone, Minnesotas Midwest Country Music Theater, while Essery headed for Nashville. Leroy, a native of Bathurst, New Brunswick, died of pancreatic cancer at age 66.
Glaziers widow, CINDY is a WVAL Radio (Sauk Rapids) air personality. Leroy Glazier also leaves two daughters and four grandchildren. Sources: http: ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
