You would do best to plan your cruise for sometime after November. September through November you are taking a bit of a chance on the weather. October and November are the rainy season for Panama.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
