When mailing to a provincial government agency in Canada, is postage necessary?

No and we are paying for them. There is much duplication of services and out dated agencies that have long since served their purpose. A removal of many of them would aid in reducing the cost of government, but also are the pork barrel programs, foreign aid to potential enemies, a massive welfare entitlement system that covers much more than financial aid and now another entitlement program with health care.

No they are not necessary,, but try to convince a liberal that their Frankenstein government creation is not necessary.

Why is it the US Dept of energy was created almost 40 years ago to end our dependence on foreign oil yet has accomplished nothing . What about the US DEPT of ED created to improve education . Well have they?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
