When should CMake be rerun to automatically generate makefiles/project files?

CMake should be rerun anytime any of the cmake files is modified or if you would like to change the build option from Release (optimized code) to Debug or vice-versa. Furthermore, CMake should be rerun anytime you add/remove/rename header and source files. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
