When the U.S. eventually leaves Afghanistan, will the Taliban retake control of the nation?

The whole fiasco,waste of time,money,and lives. Just to let a few Western Wonkers pose and preen.

There were far far more American soldiers killed while fighting in Afghanistan and while securing and rebuilding Afghanistan. To answer your question no not if the afghan army can help it. If they threaten to kill the deserters and defectors to the Taliban and hunt down the Taliban killing the armed jihadis where ever they are found then they will learn not to mess with Afghanistan and either give it up and go extinct or be killed off and go extinct.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
