Your question implies that you think this should happen automatically. It does not. The software that processes your answer and formats it so that it can appear on the page would need to wrap an html "href" anchor around the link for it to appear as a hyperlink.It is POSSIBLE for a browser to automatically change unlinked url's using CSS or even by raw substitution prior to display, though I can't think of any that do that right now.
Probably, the Reason is Your are on Level 1. For the Level 1, All your Url Hyperlink will be removed as a part to avoid spam. Once you are Level 2 of Yahoo, You will get your link as hyperlink.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
