Staying in the bed snuggled in with my laptop and soft music in the background. Then I can doze off as I want without having to get up and move about. Soon I am right as rain again.
Hot soup, hot tea with lots of lemon, and sleep.
Definitely curl up in bed with a warm fuzzy blanket, a cup of hot chocolate and a pastry. If my significant other is present I have him gently caress my hair or scratch my back until I fall asleep. It works every time.
Depending on what kind of sickness it is, comfort food can help. That being said, you really can't beat bed. Being waited on is fun too.
When I am not feeling well all I want to do is sleep. If I have already done that then a nice warm bath always soothes me. But, then main thing here is my pillow and blanket!

Curling in my warm bed and watching TV or DVD on my new LCD TV, a bowl of chicken noodles with wontons and meatballs, a walk in the mall just to breath fresh air. Sleep.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
