Where are Aston Martin's made?

Aston Martin is a British marque with a long and illustrious history. Over the years, control of the company has changed hands many times, from ambitious businessmen to a stint as a marque of the Ford Motor Company from 1994 to 2007. Aston Martin Lagonda Limited is currently owned by a consortium of British and Kuwaiti investors.In spite of all of these ownership changes, Aston Martin's vehicles have always been manufactured in England.

Its factory and headquarters currently reside in the town of Gaydon, which is also the historic home of Land Rover and Jaguar. Part of what makes these cars so expensive and exclusive is that each car is hand built and crafted according to the owner's specifications.In 2010, a break in tradition occurred, when it was announced that Aston Martin's newest vehicle, the four-door luxury saloon called the Rapide, would be assembled in Austria.
