Blacks claim to have been cheated, abused, marginalised etc. One would therefore expect that they would LOVE to have access to a medium that empowers them to reach out to themselves and fight to rejuvenate one another. The Internet has been described as the greatest leveler of all time. It allows individuals who run small businesses compete on the same level with large corporations.

It enables virtually anyone who is willing to put in the needed effort to learn HOW to earn riches with little or no startup capital. It is the most powerful teaching and learning resource available to man today. Yet, despite all these potential benefits offered by the Internet, black Africans in particular still lag behind in its use.
