Where Are The IIM Quant Finance Professionals With Top Decile GPAs?

I am looking for IIM Quant Finance Professionals With Top Decile GPAs for a Director-Hedge Fund Opening ( Details - http://docs.google.com/View?id=dg496jgn_119gc9cj8hm). And I am struggling to find where these people are. From back of the envelope calculations, there are about 200-300 people fitting the criteria I mentioned in my search (Quant Finance, IIMs, Top Decile GPA, Grads from 1999-2004).

Add to it some 200 odd from Global Universities with Grad degree in Qunat Finance. And I am not able to reach them. Any help/pointers?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
