Where can I find a new battery for the Sansa 4GB MP3 Player?

I had just got my new MP3 player for Chritmas and became very dissapointed with the results. I took it ot of the box and charged it for the hours given in the manual and when I used it the battery didn't even last for over an hour.So now I'm not sure if my battery is working or if I just got ripped off. If you own this item can you tell me how long yours last for you?

Forget the battery, return that sucker! For something to be so new, you should NOT have to be replacing the battery! I would promptly return it to the store where it was purchased, or contact the person that gave it to you and ask for a return receipt because it's defective.

Even if you don't have a receipt, take it back! You probably just got one that was a manufacturing error. If you can't return it to the store, check your manual for return instructions and/or a phone number to contact customer service.It has to have a manufacturing warranty, and if you can't return it to the store, they should take care of it for you.
