Well I would try posting ads in computer science buildings in universities and try posting ads on university student job websites. Student programmers are always looking for opportunities to add to their resumes and learn a bit even if its not great pay.
This is a good answer, and what I would have said. However, unless you have a very clear, solid game idea to work towards, and you're willing to put in time to manage the student, you're not going to be able to keep anyone 'working' for you for very long. This is because any student who has the skills to make a game is already making one.

I would definately be interested in this, I have been working on a backend for some time now and I really don't have all the time in the world to put into it. Shoot me an email sometime, irollkids@live.com. I know asp, html, php, css, mysql.
– thedaian Jul 7 at 20:25 I said I don't have "All the time in the world". – rackemup420 Jul 7 at 20:28 My question still stands. If you "dont have all the time in the world to put into it", then how are you going to help the OP make his game?
Either way, this should probably have been a comment, and not an answer. – thedaian Jul 7 at 20:41 mydb. Host56.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
