You can go to the LavaSoft website and download ad-aware for free. It searches your computer and cleans it effectively or you can try anti-malware from MalwareBytes. Both are great!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
